Leafmore Creek-Park Hills Civic Association Members Meeting

The Leafmore-Creek Park Hills Civic Association, Inc. (the "Association") hereby notifies all members that the Association will hold a members' meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 7:30 pm, at the Leafmore-Creek Park Club Clubhouse on Altamont Drive.  The meeting agenda will include (1) **CHANGE** DeKalb County District 2 Commissioner Jeff Rader will not attend, but we will discuss county issues and pass on questions to Jeff and (2) Holley Realty Team principal Rob Holley's always-informative annual report on real-property values, sales, and trends in Leafmore-Creek Park Hills and adjacent neighborhoods during the preceding twelve (12) months.

Some of the topics or subjects that Commissioner Rader will or may address include:

• 1.       Additional Sidewalks in L-CPH;
• 2.       Pedestrian Safety in L-CPH;
• 3.       Status of LaVista Road sidewalk Pangborn to Oak Grove Road;
• 4.       Cut-through traffic/Traffic;
• 5.       Zoning/Annexation (Briarcliff/Clairmont);
• 6.       Future Cityhood Efforts in Light of "City Of Eagles Landing" Court Decisions and Failed Referendum;
• 7.       Property-Tax Relief;
• 8.       Crime/Police Presence;
• 9.       New Residential Development -- More Townhomes in North Central DeKalb?;
• 10.   New Commercial Development in Unincorporated DeKalb and Brookhaven  -- Adverse Impact on Traffic, Schools, and Infrastructure;
• 11.   Additional PATH and other trails;
• 12.   Street/Road Maintenance
• 13.   Recent Sewer Spills/Update of Sewer System; and
• 14.   Water Billing.

All Association members are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
