The homeowners along Burnt Creek Road need your help regarding their effort to deny the current rezoning application for the driving range property. We are seeking to deny this development based on all the sewage leaks and flooding that regularly occur along Burnt Fork Creek, and we oppose the proposed density of 82 units. The new development will put further strain on the sewer system which has deteriorated and is over capacity and is contaminating the creek.
We need as many folks as can attend to show support for our position regarding the driving range property. When impacted residents attend these meetings they demonstrate community concern and a show of numbers can influence the commissioners. During our presentation, I will ask folks to stand in support of our position to deny the application.
