Leafmore Creek-Park Hills Civic Association Members Meeting

The LCPHCA Members meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 23rd from 7:30-9:00 PM at the swim and tennis clubhouse on Altamont Drive.  Commissioner Jeff Rader will be there.  Agenda items include:

• Update on landscaping screen around Atlanta Gas Light Regulator Station at Spring Creek and NDH Roads
• Update on redevelopment of 4 houses on Lavista
• Update on status of path into Mason Mill Park from Spring Creek
• Williamsburg redevelopment doubling density
• Late night establishments along Briarcliff- not wanted by neighborhoods
• Redevelopment proposal for old Chevron station at Oak Grove
• Status of filling independent auditor position in DeKalb
• Poll members- support ‘sustaining’ memberships of $10/month in addition to Senior, Regular and Patrons memberships?
• Poll members-  support idea of installing solar powered lights at Spring Creek entrance?  Revisit idea of ‘leaf’ sculpture?
